Ronald Williams

Ron A. Williams, 61, of Vincennes, passed away June 29, 2014, at Good Samaritan Hospital. Born August 23, 1952, in Vincennes, he was the son of George and Margaret (Goehring) Williams. His parents preceded him, as well as two brothers, Robert Donovan and G. Irvin Williams. Ron had worked at Good Samaritan Hospital and Nowaskie Farms. He enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and visiting with friends. His memberships included the Moose Lodge, Eagles Lodge, and the VFW Auxillary. Surviving are his sisters, Marjorie Beamon of Vincennes, Ruth (Ed) Witsman of Vincennes, Nancy Allen of Monroe City, IN, and Frieda (Jim) Christmas of Lewisburg, KY; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, at 12:00 noon, at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 12:00 on Wednesday at the funeral home.
