Rosa Provines

Rosa Lee Provines, 82, of Bicknell, Indiana passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on January 16, 1940 in Vincennes, Indiana and was the daughter of Adam and Wilma (Abel) Chanley. Rosa married Vern Provines on March 16, 1957. Rosa is survived by her children, Verna Provines Jones (Louis) of Platte City, Missouri, Stan Provines (Lisa) of Bicknell, Indiana, Rita Summers of Bicknell, Indiana, and Bryan Provines (Lynita) of Plainville, Indiana; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sisters, Cheryl Jones of Bicknell, Indiana and Sue Allen of New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, 1 great grandchild, and one great great grandchild. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:30 am on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Freelandville Christian Church Cemetery, 313 E State Road 58, Freelandville, Indiana.
