Rosemarie (Goodman) Beecher, 94, of Bloomington, IN, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024, at Cedar Creek Assisted Living in Bloomington, IN 47403, at 2:05pm.
She was born on May 27, 1929, to the late Jere O. & Myrtle (Corbin) Goodman, in Linton, IN.
Rosemarie attended school at Linton up until her family moved to Maine. Shortly after, they moved again, this time to Logansport, IN. She was a member of the 1947 graduating class of Logansport High School. It was there she met her first husband, Walter V. Beecher. Together, they had five children: Steve, Carol, Linda, Richard, and Judy.
Rosemarie and Walter owned and operated Beecher Mobile Home Sales from 1969 up until the sale of the business in 1994. Before moving to Vincennes, she worked as a secretary in Indianapolis for a construction company, and that was followed by her final employment; being the secretary for Mitchell Furniture.
She was a member of the Assembly of God in the various communities she lived. She was the former treasurer of the ABWA in Vincennes for several years. In her spare time, Rosemarie enjoyed traveling wherever she was able, and she did a lot of it. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

(Shaun) Beecher of Martinsville, IN; grandchildren, Melissa (David) Briggs of WA, Angela Logan (Christopher Moehle) of PA, Sean Smith of IN, Jennifer (Leegene) Waldron of GA, Stephanie Chambers of FL, Rachel (Walter) Sellner of FL, Matthew (Holly) Smith of TX, Richard Beecher Jr., of IN, Noah Catt of Fl, Shana (Robbie) Pryor of IN, Ryan Beecher of IN, and Nora Sisk of IN; great-grandchildren, Beckett & Mallory Waldron of GA, Daniel, Sara, & Dylan Chambers of FL, Jonathan Briggs of Washington, D.C., Shelby Briggs of MS, Abigail Briggs of WA, Max (Kat) Logan of TX, Miles & Alex Moehle of PA, Tyler & Jaxon Sellner of FL, Larisa Michael, Gavin Smith, Jaden Rivers Mejia, Fallon Smith of IN, Thomas Smith, Matthew Smith of TX, Robert Pryor of IN, Emily Rose Shaw, and Elijas & Evelyn Lindenschmidt of IN; great-great grandchildren, Layla Michael, Dakota & Dawson Merritt, and Rowan Steinberg; her sister, Gail E. Bryan of West Lafeyette; brother Richard Goodman of Linton, IN; and 9 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter V. Beecher; her second husband, Paul L. Weber; her parents, Jere and Myrtle; her daughter, Judy L. Sisk; one infant son; and her brother, Jere A. Goodman.
Visitation for Rosemarie will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 10:00am – 12:00pm at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway St., Vincennes, IN 47591. A funeral service will begin immediately following visitation at 12:00pm. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
