Rosemary (Borders) Welsh Rosemary Welsh, 87, Princeton, IN, died at 3:10 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2011.She was born August 14, 1924, in Dugger, IN, the daughter of Glean and Alta (Comstock) Borders.Rosemary graduated in 1942 from Union High School in Dugger, IN. Rosemary worked at Crane Navy Depot during WW II and she worked at the 1948 GOP National Convention in Chicago, IL. Later she was a bookkeeper at Ohms Electric in Dugger where she met her husband. They were married in Vincennes on May 22, 1948 where she resided for the next 52 years. She then became bookkeeper for the Vincennes Electric Motor of which her husband was co-founder. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Vincennes, IN. Through the years she was a volunteer for the March of Dimes, Cub Scouts and PTA. Rosemary is survived by her sister Ruth (Jack) Bledsoe of Linton, IN; daughter, Debra (David) Deschamp of Oakland City, IN; son, Bill (Patty) Welsh of Bowling Green, KY; eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers, one sister and her parents.Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at noon at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway St. with Rev.
