Ruth Kimberley

Ruth Kimberley, 68 of 1806 Indiana Avenue passed away at 9:07 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Ruth was born on October 21, 1942 in Clevor, MO the daughter of Robert and Nellie (Clark) Doyle. She married Michael D. Kimberley on July 16, 1978 and he preceded her in death on August 17, 1979. Ruth graduated from Monroe City High School and attended Otumwa Bible College in Otumwa, IA and was the assistant director for ATTIC, Inc. She was a member of New Hart Christian Church, American Legion Auxiliary and the MPS Society. Survivors include her daughter, Becky Anderson and her husband Jim of Noble, Il; Grandsons Larry Parish III and his wife Shawn of Huntington, IN; Bryan Bowers and his fiance Katie Sage of Vincennes, IN; Andrew Bowers and his fiance Shydale Hedge of Vincennes, IN; great grandson Jacob Bowers of Vincennes, IN; great granddaughter, Madi Bowers of Vincennes, IN; sister, Bert Richards and her husband Bill of Vincennes, IN; and nephew Matthew Richards of Evansville, IN. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 1 son Mickey Kimberly , 1 granddaughter, Nicole Parish and 2 sisters, Ramona and Rebecca Doyle. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway with Lindon Faull officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
