Shirley Ann Beaman

Shirley Ann Beaman, 88, of Monroe City passed away at home with her family by her side on January 23, 2025. She was born in Edwardsport, IN on February 11, 1936, to the late Norman and Estel (Fiscus) Everett. She married the love of her life Robert A. Beaman and were blessed with three children. Shirley worked retail for 10 years with Walmart. She attended First Baptist Church in Vincennes, IN. 

In her free time, Shirley enjoyed taking care of her family and friends. She liked cooking and hosting for the holidays. Shirley loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents Norman and Estel Everett, husband Robert Beaman; infant son Michael Beaman; siblings Gertrude, Merlin, Lucille, Maxine and Maverine.

She is survived  by her children Dale Beaman, Susan (John) Beaman-Wolf, William Beaman; grandchildren April (George) Lanham, Robert Adam (Shaley) Wolf, Ryan (Heather) Wolf, Michelle Wolf, Crystal (Darren) Morse, Brandy (Jess) Anderson, Tracey (Rex) Bays, Caleb Beaman; brother Donald (Janet) Everett; and several great-grandchildren and extended family.

Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Beaman. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2025, from 10 am to noon at 524 Broadway Street. The Funeral Service will begin promptly at noon.
