Shirley A. (Sidebottom) Young, 73, of Linton, IN, and formerly of Vincennes, IN, passed away June 25, 2020, at the Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton, IN. A homemaker, she was born May 28, 1947, in Cleves, OH, the daughter of Smith Thomas and Leila Belle (McCorkle) Sidebottom. Surviving are her children, Bill Goldman of Linton, IN, Laurie Corrigan of Jefferson City, MO, and Dale Goldman and his wife, Pam, of Vincennes, IN; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Preceding is her son, Ronald L. Goldman, Jr.; her parents; her sisters, Mary Hoke, formerly of Russellville, IL, and Betty Richards, formerly of Vincennes, IN; her brother, James W. Sidebottom, formerly of Vincennes, IN; and her companion, Edgar Lee Burns. Friends may visit with Shirley's family from 11:00 - 1:00 on Monday, at the Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, Gardner - Brockman Chapel, 505 Main Street, Vincennes, IN.
