Stephen Hardiman

Stephen E. Hardiman, 81, of Vincennes, IN passed away February 21, 2024. He was born in Washington, IN on September 22, 1942, to the late Therman and Charlotte (Russell) Hardiman. Stephen married the love of his life Josephine Granger on May 8th. He proudly served his country in the United States Airforce. After leaving the Airforce he worked at Texaco for 17 years and Indiana Power and Lights for 20+ years. In his free time, Stephen enjoyed tending his vegetable and flower garden, watching Star Trek, reading, and walking with his beloved dog Ginger. He will be deeply missed.

Stephen is preceded in death by his parents and sister Debbie Hardiman.

He is survived by his wife Josephine Hardiman; children Belinda Grays and Mark Hardiman; grandchildren Sheena, Aaron, Trey, Brittany, Sean, Brandy; great-grandchildren Terrell, Shania, Kimberlin, Marilyn; brother Wendell (Jacqueline) Hardiman; and numerous friends.

Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Hardiman. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 524 Broadway St. at 2pm with visitation following immediately until 4:30pm.
