Susan Ann Clevenger, 63, of Owensville, IN passed away December 2, 2019 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. She was born in Woodriver, IL on April 10, 1956 to John O. Carroll and Nellie L. (Jared) Carroll. Susie always had a drive and ability to help others. She would often put everyone first to make sure they were cared for and not even think about herself. Susie was known for loving animals, also known to her as her critters. She would spoil her dogs on a daily basis and was known for boiling them chicken breast as treats. Susie had many hobbies including riding motorcycles with her husband of 22 years, planting a big garden, growing beautiful flowers around the house, watching her hummingbirds and admiring the eagles soaring above. Her ultimate hobby was playing with her grandchildren. Susie was always passionate about caring for and protecting her kids and grandchildren. She will be remembered as a fearless, loyal, no nonsense woman with a heart of gold. Susie will truly be missed by her friends and family. She is preceded in death by her father John Carroll; son Steven Moore; and brother James Carroll. Susie is survived by her mother Nellie Carroll; husband Brent "Tiny" Clevenger; children Ricky (Brandi) Geisert and Billy (Elizabeth) Geisert; grandchildren Coltan "Peanut", Dillan, Brooke, and Ashlen; great grandchildren Brayden, Ryan, Ryder, Aubrey, Spencer, Kasen and Cooper; siblings Connie Sue, Patricia Joanne, Penny Lee, Mary Ann, and Jay; canine companions Willie, Luna, and Biscuit; and cat Lucky.
