Susan Cooper

Susan Ann Cooper, 78, passed away on March 29, 2015 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN. Susan was born on May 1, 1936 in Vincennes the daughter of John T. and Anna Louise (Jean) Reep.Susan was a 1954 graduate of Vincennes Lincoln High School and attended Vincennes University. She worked for Indiana Bell, Vincennes University, and retired from the Knox County Library. She was a member of Delta Theta Tau and enjoyed shopping and being with family and friends. Susan brought so much laughter and happiness to everyone she knew.Survivors include her daughter, Carrie Spencer and her husband, Jim of Denver, CO; son, John Cooper and his fiance Kim Cook of Fishers, IN; grandchildren, Stephanie Kruse and her husband, Kevin, Zach Spencer and his wife, Becky, Nate Spencer, Nick Spencer, Jake Spencer, Nicole Cooper, Adam Cooper; great grandchildren, Livia and Violet Kruse and Brody Spencer; sister, Sarah Todd and her husband Don of Syracuse IN; and her beloved dog Roxy. Susan was preceded in death by her parents.Graveside services will be conducted at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with Susans family on Wednesday from Noon until 2:00 pm at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway.
