Susan Patricia King, 65, of 600 Nicholas Apt. 516, Vincennes, passed away December 10, 2012 at 11:52 p.m. at Lodge of the Wabash.She was born June 27, 1947 in Manhattan, NY to Richard and Joan Burkemshir.She had worked as a waitress at various restaurants and at Wal-Mart. She was a member of Church on the Street and the First Church of God. Surviving is her husband, Eddie King, whom she married December 9, 1983; her children, Edmond J King III of Vincennes, Thomas Neinaber of Evansville, and Melody Wilson of Gravevine, Texas; and a sister, Joyce Delgado of Queens, New York .She was preceded in death by her parents and two grandchildren, Kasidi Destenee and Jazlynn Rose.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the First Church of God Fellowship Hall with Rev. Fred Nocus and Rev. Georg Karl officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 a.m. until the service time on Thursday.
