Susan Ralston

Susan Ralston, 73, of Vincennes, passed away on December 15, 2013 at her residence. Susan was born on January 31, 1940, in Owsley County, KY the daughter of William and Daisey (Minter) Drescher. Susan married William D. Ralston on October 31, 1958 and he survives.Susan attended Eastern Kentucky University and owned and operated Johnson Bootery with her husband. She also worked as a secretary for Vincennes University Aviation Maintenance Department having retired from there. She loved camping and animals, especially her three dogs.Survivors include her husband, William Ralston of Vincennes, sons, William Bryan Ralstonn and his wife, Colleen of Greenwood, IN; Michael Troy Ralston and his wife Debbie of Vincennes; grandchildren, Heather Burton, Heather Harle, Shane Buchanan, Katie Ralston, Kristi Ralston, Kenna Ralston, great grandchild, Reece Harle and cousin, Carolyn Bowles of Richmond, KY. Susan was preceded in death by her grandson, Logan Ralston.Graveside services for Susan will be held at Richmond Cemetery in Richmond, KY at a later date.
