Suzanne Stevens

Suzanne Stevens, 82, passed away on August 2, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Suzanne was born on May 19, 1935 in Vincennes.Suzanne was a 1953 graduate of Vincennes Lincoln High School. A past national president and active member of Delta Theta Tau, she was also a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She enjoyed golfing, traveling, getting together with her friends, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.Survivors include her sons, Bob Stevens and his wife Debbie of Evansville, Jim Stevens and his wife Alicia of Bethesda, Maryland, Rick Stevens and his wife Terri of Burke, Virginia, Dave Stevens of Vincennes; grandchildren, Mandy, Josh, Mitchell, Jake, Indy, Matt, Keller, Aly, Erica; great grandchildren, Taylor, Luke, Liam and Micah. Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, James and Elizabeth (Maxfield) Weitz. Suzanne's funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, with Rev. David Fleck officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with Suzanne's family from 5-8 pm on Friday, August 4, 2017 at Goodwin Funeral Home.
