Tammy R. Stearns, 49, passed away on June 7, 2021 at Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel, IL. Tamara was born on September 9, 1971 in Mt. Carmel, Il the daughter of Carl and Evelyn (Clark) Compton. She married Ronald Stearns on September 29, 2016.Tammy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Later Day Saints and enjoyed being with her family.Survivors include her husband Ronald Stearns of West Jordan, UT; sister, Terri Compton of Evansville; brothers, Johnny Compton of Albion, IL, Rusty Compton of Albion, IL' step-children, Lauren Stearns, Eric Stearns, Roger Stearns, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Tamara was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Donnie Compton, Tony Compton, and a sister, Taunua Compton.Friends may visit with Tammy's family from 11:00 am until the hour of service time of 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes.
