Teresa Zubiate

Teresa Ellen (Catt) Arthur Zubiate, 61 of Washington, passed away on June 21, 2014 at Daviess Community Hospital. Teresa was born on April 17, 1953 in Vincennes, the daughter of Charles Norman and Stella Jenivee (Willis) Catt. She married Harry Arthur and he preceded her in death. She then married David L. Zubiate on June 23, 2007 and he survives.Teresa enjoyed doing crafts and she made and decorated wedding cakes. She loved her family and grandchildren.Survivors include her husband, David L. Zubiate of Washington, daughter, Jenny Clark of Ragsdale, daughter, Sherry Jeann Davis of Vincennes, son, Jim Allen Arthur of Sullivan, son, Jacob A. Zubiate of Washington; twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren; sister, Faye Scott of Toledo, OH, brothers, Wayne Catt of Colorado Springs, CO, Bill and Chuck Catt of Vincennes, sisters, May Thompson of Vincennes, Priscilla Wissel of Vincennes, Vickie Ellerman of Vincennes, Betty Lucas of Idaho, brother, Bruce Catt of Monroe City, and brother, Jeff Catt of Washington. Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Harry Arthur, daughter, Kerri E. Arthur and her sister, Katie Murphy.Funeral services for Teresa will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 27, 2014 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway with her brother, Chuck Catt officiating. Burial will follow in Bicknell Memorial Cemetery. Friends may visit with Teresa's family on Friday, from 11:00 am until the hour of service time of 1:00 pm.
