Thomas Legg

Thomas Wayne Legg Sr., passed away from this life on Friday, December 10, 2021, at the age of 79 at his residence in Vincennes Indiana. He was born on Tuesday, June 2, 1942, to the union of Edward Legg and Margaret Ritterskamp Legg in Vincennes, Indiana. Those left to cherish his memories include his ex-wife and friend Terri Legg, sons, Richard Reeder and Tom Legg, daughter, Trena Taylor and her husband Clint, brother Larry Legg, three grandchildren Alli Taylor, Zane Taylor, and Kayge Pennell, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Tom is preceded in death by his father Edward Legg, mother Margaret Ritterskamp Legg, two children, Mark Reeder and Tim Legg, five brothers Jack, Kenny, Richard, Jim, and Ron Legg, two sisters Carol Morris and Martha Lou Legg, and other relatives and friends. Tom worked at the Ford Sawmill for many years as a laborer. He loved his family very much and spending time with them was very important to him. He had the gift of gab and loved to make people laugh. Tom loved to have a great time, and he would put a smile on your face if you were having a bad day. He also loved the outdoors, and fishing was his favorite thing to do. He was a huge Purdue University Boilermaker fan and he loved to watch all the games and root them on. Tom will be missed by all. A celebration of life for Thomas Wayne Legg Sr., will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021, from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the Moose Lodge in Vincennes, Indiana.
