Thomas Mccrary

Thomas O. McCrary Jr, 74, of Vincennes, IN, passed away on December 22, 2023. He was born on December 6, 1949, in Vincennes, IN. Thomas, known to his loved ones as a devoted family man, had a passion for woodworking, dancing, and riding his Harley. He also had a soft spot for stray cats.

Thomas is survived by his wife Helen McCrary, son Tom (Mara) McCrary, grandson Ethan McCrary, sister Mary (Mac) Campbell, and brother Rod (Vivian) McCrary as well as 3 nieces and a nephew and their 6 children. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley McCrary, father Thomas McCrary Sr, and mother Bessie McCrary.

Thomas proudly served in the Army and was a member of the American Legion.

A graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery on Friday, December 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Thomas' memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, K9s for Warriors, or Hope for the Warriors. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Thomas.
