Thomas Myers

Thomas A. Myers, 70, of rural Vincennes, passed away on Jan. 28, 2013, at his home. He was retired from Johnson Controls. For a short time he worked at Wal-Mart after his retirement, before going to work again at Perdue Farms in Washington, IN. He enjoyed collecting antiques. Tom was born in Wheatland, IN, on March 30, 1942, to Shorty and Naomi (Johnson) Myers. Along with his parents, he was preceded by his first wife, Elsie Faye (Pancake) Myers, and a sister, Jody Burton. Surviving is his second wife, Julianne (Snyder) Myers; daughters, Chris Hinnefeld of Seymour, IN, and Beth Myers of Vincennes; his sister, Sandra Geisweit of Vincennes; a brother, Frank Myers of Crossville, TN; two grandsons, Christopher and Russell Hinnefeld; and a great-granddaughter, Stevie Faye Hinnefeld.
