Thomas Wall

Thomas L. Wall, 82, of Vincennes, passed away at 8:26 p.m. on Thursday May 3, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital.He was born Sept. 22, 1935 in Vincennes to Joseph A. and Lester Mayo Wall. Tom retired as a manager/controller. His memberships included the Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge, and the Scottish Rite. Tom proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy in 1956 through 1957Surviving are his children, Thomas Richard Wall of Vincennes and Stacey Nakahara and her husband, Larry of San Diego; five grandchildren, Brian Wall, Michelle Wall Herrick, Emma Nakahara, Sarah Nakahara, and Nathan Nakahara; and two great grandchildren, Emma and Bailey Herrick.Preceding him in death were his parents and his brothers and sisters, Joseph Richard Wall, Naomi M. Wall, Marjorie B. Wall Rhodus, and James Robert Wall.Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Saturday at Gardner Brockman Funeral Home, 505 Main St. with Rev. Ray Tromley officiating Burial will be in the Memorial Park cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the hour of services on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations honoring Thomas Wall be given to the Indiana Military Museum, 715, S 6th street, Vincennes, IN 47591
