Todd Beard

Todd Beard, 54, of 3308 Nathaniel Lane, Vincennes, passed away Thursday at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville.He was born October 5, 1958 in Vincennes to William R. and Lois (Fisher) Beard.Todd was owner of Beard Auto Parts and attended the First Baptist Church. He enjoyed snow skiing, fishing, hunting, and was a member of the F.O.P. Todd had also coached his children in little league baseball and girls softball.Surviving is his wife, Candace (Peach) Beard, whom he married July 15, 1979; his mother, Lois Beard of Vincennes; two children, Megan Harris and her husband Brett of Nashville, TN and Brandon Beard of his wife of Stephanie of Vincennes; two sisters, Lori Spires and her husband Trae of Bruceville; Pam Edwards of Oblong, and a brother, William Beard Jr. of Vincennes. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Joni Beard.Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday January 7, 2013 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Dan Clemens officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-6 Sunday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
