Verlous "Sonny" Like

Sonny Like, 80, of Vincennes, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital.He was born May 11, 1939 in Vincennes, Indiana to Calvin and Mary (Bolins) LikeSonny worked in Las Vegas Casinos for 21 years and last worked for the Vincennes Parks and Recreation. Sonny served his country in the Army and was a lifelong member of the American Legion and V.F.W.Surviving are a daughter, Angela Marie Nolen of Boston, MA; a brother, Larry Heniser of New Athens, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Skip Green , Gene Green and his wife Katherine, Ryan Green, Danny Like, Tamela Like, Pamela Like, Bobby Like, David Like, Sherry Like,Megen Like, Larry Heniser, Shaun Heniser, Kasi Heniser, Tina Rodie, Greg Mentel, Logan Heniser, and Mya Green.He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers and sisters; Opheline Demera, Elamae and Ray Green, Robert Like, James Like, and Richard Like.Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Monday May 20, 2019 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
