Vicki Jo (Norman) Harmon, 56, of 1405 Kimmell Road, Vincennes, passed away at 11:27p.m. Saturday May 31, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her family.She was born September 14, 1957 on Scott Air Force Base to Richard Samuel and Martha Jane (Wills) Clark.Vicki served as an administrative assistant at Ouabache Trials Park and was a member of the St. John Catholic Church, Jaycees, and Knights of Columbus ladies auxillary. She volunteered as a CASA worker and a girl scout leader for Flaget. Surviving is her husband, Chris Harmon of 16 years; her father, Richard Clark, Hume IL; a daughter, Megan (Norman) Millspaugh and her husband Joe Millspaugh of Vincennes; her three grandchildren, Chase Fitzek, Jayda Millspaugh, and Brynley Millspaugh and her brothers and sisters, Karie Ennis of Spring, TX, David Clark of Splendor, TX, Margaret Rickenbach of Terre Haute IN, Sharon Earl of Rockville, IN, and Richard Clark Jr. of Spring, TX. Visitation will be from 4-8 Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Goodwin Funeral Home where a memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St John Catholic Church with Rev. David Fleck officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
