Vickie Buescher

Vickie L. Buescher, of Vincennes, was born on December 14, 1957 in Tennyson, Indiana to John and Delores (Pieskie) Ashby. Vickie married Bradley Buescher Sr. on September 13, 1980. Vickie retired as the Sales Manager for the Vincennes Sun Commercial and had been Sales Manager for the Evansville Courier and the Indianapolis Star. Vickie belonged to the St Francis Xavier Catholic Church and loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Vickie was a wonderful role model and was very caring for her family and others. On Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at the age of 62, Vickie passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital.Surviving are her husband Bradley Buescher Sr., her father and his step-mother John and Connie Ashby of Olney Illinois; her children Blake Buescher and his wife Alisha of Jamestown, Indiana and Andrea Brown and her husband Jarrod of Newburgh, Indiana; her sister Tina Petts of Vincennes; her brother Richard Ashby of Vincennes; four grandchildren Bear Buescher, Elle Buescher, Connor Brown, and Harrison Brown; and step-children Bradley Buescher of Bruceville, Indiana, and Melissa Buescher of Linton, Indiana.She was preceded in death by her mother Delores Compton.Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service time.
