Virginia Marchino

Virginia L. Marchino, 98, of Vincennes, IN passed away November 13, 2022. She was born in Vincennes, IN on November 3, 1924, to the late Raymond and Frances (Barrett) Cochran. Virginia attended the Monroe City High School. She married Raymond Marchino, on July 3, 1947. Virginia was a homemaker and dedicated mother for all her life. She attended Pilgrim Holiness Church. Virginia enjoyed many things in life such as cooking, yard work, spending time with her family and traveling to Florida with her husband Ray. She will be deeply missed. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; husband Raymond Marchino; daughter Nancy; grandson Chad Holzmiller; siblings Ray Cochran Jr., Shirley (Jack) Westfall, and Lois (Harlan) Opell. She is survived by her daughters Deborah (Ron) Myers and Cheryl Ann Marchino; grandchildren Amy (Eric) Creek, Ron Myers II, Petrina Chambers, Valerie (Randy) Hurst; 8 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; sister Margie Miller; and many nieces and nephews. Goodwin-Sievers is honored and entrusted with the care of Mrs. Marchino. All services will be private.
