Virginia Riggle

Virginia Mae Riggle, 81, passed away at 3:30 pm on December 24, 2020 at her residence. Virginia was born on February 8, 1939 in Daviess County the daughter of Walter and Marrietta (Hannah) McKee. She married Loyd Riggle on September 20, 1959.Virginia was a homemaker along with working at The State Bank as a teller, Eastgate Manor as an office manager, DeKalb Research Center as an office manager and then in her golden years continued to work at McDonalds in the drive thru to continue to be around people. Virginia was also a member of New Hope Christian Church and the April Deb's Homemakers club for many years. Virginia also enjoyed baking and made numerous wedding cakes over the years.Survivors include her husband Loyd Riggle of Washington, her sons, Darrel Riggle and his wife Carolyn of Washington, Brett Riggle and his wife Shannon of Washington; her brother, Paul McKee and his wife Nadine of Elnora; her grandchildren, Brian Riggle and his wife Janelle, Erin Clark and her husband Dustin, Benjamin Riggle, Claire Riggle, Wyatt Riggle; her great grandchildren, Caitlin and Brecklin Cox, and Abigail, Carter and Adalee Riggle. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, David E. Riggle.Virginia's family will have a private funeral service and she will be laid to rest in Bethel Cemetery.
