Wayne Morgan

Wayne L. Morgan, 91, passed away on October 4th, 2022 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born on May 10, 1931 in Vincennes, Indiana, to Cletus and Faye (Wheeler) Morgan. Wayne served in the United States Air Force from June of 1948 to March of 1953. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Rita (Cline) Morgan; daughter Denna Renbarger, and son Jay Morgan; five grandchildren Josh (Katie) Hackney, J.R. (Abby) Renbarger, Kelsey Renbarger, Kati (Chris) Ubelhart, and Jessie (Patrick) Barrett; and 10 great grandchildren, Seth Hackney, Evan Hackney, Hannah Hackney, Cora Ubelhart, Knox Ubelhart, Jon Ryan Renbarger, Benjamin Renbarger, Adyn McGuffin, Amellia Barrett, and Cole Barrett. Wayne retired from Stubnitz Spring as Quality Control Manager after 25 years. He also worked at C.C.M.H.C. in maintenance for 13 years. Wayne was an avid reader and loved the game of golf. He was very proud of his hole in one at the Bicknell Country Club in July 1993. He also loved I.U. basketball, even Bobby Knight. His wishes were to be cremated and services will be private at a later date. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home Gardner Brockman Chapel is honored to be entrusted with Wayne's arrangements.
