William J. Worland

William J. "Bill" Worland, 61, of Bruceville, passed away at 8:50 am Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Select Specialty in Evansville.He was born August 13, 1957 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Olan and Lela (Witsman) Worland.Bill was a heavy equipment mechanic for Robinson Construction. Bill enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening.Surviving are his children, Roxie Pelham and her husband David of Vincennes, Norma "Janie" Worland of Bruceville, and Nikki Rogers and her husband Brock of Vincennes; his wife, Jane Worland; his father, Olan Worland of Vincennes; his sister, Debbie Worland of Bicknell; his brothers, Lloyd Worland and his wife Kim of Vincennes, Jeff Worland and his wife Donna of Monroe City; his grandchildren, Emily Myers, Ethan Pelham, Shaylin Hill, Julius Inman, Leo Rogers, and Zane Rogers; along with his dog, Timber.He was preceded in death by his mother, Lela (Witsman) Worland; and a brother, Mike Worland.A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the St. Thomas Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
