William Mccrary

William "Billy" Joseph McCrary, 83, of Vincennes, passed away at 12:25 pm Sunday, November 29, 2020 at his residence.He was born February 24, 1937 in Vincennes, Indiana to Claude and Carolyn(Harker) McCrary.Bill retired from Public Service Indiana and also had worked for Hacker Plumbing.A member of the American Legion, he enjoyed working on motors, was a car enthusiast, enjoyed being with his family, camping, fishing, horseshoe throwing, and corn hole.Surviving are his children Sherry Radcliff and her husband Jim of Paris, IL, William Joseph McCrary Jr. and his fianc Darla Edwards of Tampa, FL, Tina Wells and her husband Don of Vincennes, and LeAnne Phillippe of Vincennes his brothers and sisters Paul McCrary, Donna Neighbors, Ann Schultz, Judy Steimel; his grandchildren Brooke Kile, Andrea Wardrip, Emma Radcliff, Isaac Radcliff, Crissy Russell, Josie McCrary, Levi Wells, Megan Layfield, Judy Culp, and Zachary Phillippe; and three great grandchildrenHe was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Eleanor "Ann" McCrary whom he married in 1986 and preceded him in 2010; a granddaughter JJ McCrary; and his brothers and sisters Helen Smith, Bea Carson, Roy McCrary, Sue Cooksey, and Dale McCrary.Graveside service will be held at 2:30 Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Family and friends may visit with the family from 2:00pm until 2:30 pm at the cemetery. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Bill McCrary.
