William Mckinley

William L. McKinley Sr. 82, of Vincennes, passed away at 11:44 am Friday, February 12, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospital.He was born July 10, 1938 in Bicknell, Indiana to William D. and Rachel (Deal) McKinley.Bill had his own auto supply business in his younger years and later retired from United Insurance of America. Bill attended the Westminster Presbyterian Church and loved all sports especially his Detroit Tigers.Surviving are his sons William McKinley Jr. and his wife Sharon of Vincennes and David McKinley of Vincennes; his sisters Connie Bumstad of Kansas, and Brenda Jackson of Pontiac, MI; his grandchildren Tony McKinley, Tyler McKinley, Tracy Masaitis, Vanessa Bunte; along with his great grandchildren Jason Masaitis and Jared Masaitis.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Mary (Street) McKinley who preceded him on March 2, 2015; and his siblings Larry McKinley, Martha Abernathy, and Sandra Mix.Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, February 19, 2021 at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home in Vincennes.
